Role Description

This is a seasonal opportunity, on-site role for a Bartender at The Tiki Bar, located in Elkhart Lake, WI. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, managing bar inventory, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring an exceptional customer service experience. Additional duties include processing payments, engaging with guests to create a welcoming environment, and adhering to food and beverage safety guidelines. You’ll play a critical role in providing patrons with a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Qualifications

• Outstanding Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with guests and ensure a positive experience.
• Proficiency in Bartending, including mixing cocktails and serving beverages.
• Experience in Food & Beverage operations, with a focus on maintaining quality and adherence to safety standards.
• Cash Handling skills and ability to manage point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Previous experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
• Must meet the legal age requirement for serving alcohol in Wisconsin and have or be willing to obtain the necessary certifications, such as a bartender’s license.
