A well-known and growing Personal Injury Law Firm in New Jersey is actively seeking an experienced full-time Bi-lingual Receptionist.

Key Responsibilities:

 Answer and manage a high-volume, 10-line phone system promptly.

 Route calls to appropriate staff members with accuracy.

 Greet visitors in a professional manner and maintain a tidy reception area.

 Provide basic administrative support including scanning, filing, sort incoming/outgoing mail, etc.

Requirements:

 Minimum 5 years experience of managing a multi-line phone system.

 Exceptional verbal communication skills and a cheerful phone demeanor.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel

 Filevine is a plus

Hours: 9:00 – 6:00 Mon-Thurs, Friday 9:00-5:00pm
