Executive Administrative Assistant

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 + Bonus Eligibility

A growing commercial general contractor in Jacksonville is looking for a sharp, polished Executive Administrative Assistant to support their leadership team. What You'll Do

• Support the President and VP of Preconstruction with scheduling, calendars, meetings, and lunches
• Set up and manage projects in Procore
• Assist with marketing efforts and help polish marketing proposals for client presentations
• Manage vendor relationships and support internal processes
• Enter and maintain new subcontractor information accurately in the system
• Represent the company at industry events and organizations on its behalf

What You Bring

• Experience in an administrative or executive support role, ideally within construction or a related industry
• Proficiency in Procore or a willingness to learn quickly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional presence
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting demands
• Comfortable representing a company at external events and industry functions
