Field Project Manager – Construction; Maintenance (Philadelphia Area)

Swift-Fix Repair Services is a fast-growing commercial and residential repair company

serving property managers, shopping centers, retail clients, and homeowners throughout

the Philadelphia region. While we started with a focus on service work, our business has quickly grown to become a go-to provider of self-performed mid-sized general contracting projects in the Philadelphia area. 

We focus on strong communication, high-quality work, and reliable service across thousands of completed jobs. You’ll be our first field management hire and play a major role in shaping how we grow.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Field Project Manager to support estimating, sales, and project execution

from start to finish. This is a hybrid role that combines field work, client interaction, and at-

home computer work.

You will be responsible for visiting job sites, building scopes, generating and selling quotes,

and managing projects through completion. This role is ideal for someone who understands

construction, can communicate confidently with clients, and takes ownership of both

revenue and project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Travel to job sites to assess conditions, take measurements, and gather all necessary

information to build accurate estimates

- Build clear, detailed scopes of work and generate quotes using company software

- Sell your own quotes directly to clients (property managers, commercial clients, and

homeowners)

- Understand construction and maintenance scopes, including estimating labor time and

material requirements

- Source and coordinate specialty materials as needed for quotes and active jobs

- Manage approved projects from kickoff through completion

- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and schedules to ensure work is completed on time and

to standard

- Communicate regularly with the Operations Manager on project status, timelines, and

issues

- Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and profitably

Performance Expectations

- Turn around site visits and quote generation in a timely manner

- Maintain high accuracy in scopes to minimize change orders

- Successfully convert a strong percentage of quotes into sold work

- Deliver projects on time and within target margins

- Maintain strong communication with clients and the internal team

Qualifications

- Strong background in construction, maintenance, or general contracting

- Proven experience managing projects and leading field teams

- Ability to accurately assess job scope, labor hours, and material needs

- Comfortable using software systems (Jobber, CRM tools, Google Workspace, etc.)

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to build trust and close work

Work Structure

- Hybrid role: field work + remote (work-from-home) computer time

- Time split between on-site work and at-home tasks (quoting, sourcing, communication)

- Hands-on role requiring both field presence and administrative follow-through

Requirements

- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided)

- Willingness to travel locally to job sites on a daily basis

- Ability to manage multiple projects at once

- Ability to walk job sites, climb ladders when needed, and lift up to ~50 lbs

- Base Salary: $70,000

- Performance Bonus: $5,000 – $20,000+ based on profitability, sales, and execution
