We are hiring for a Financial Services Intern
Position Type: Intern (Full Time, Summer Program)
JOB OVERVIEW:
The Treloar & Heisel (An Epic Brokers-owned company) Summer Internship Program provides hands-on experience across several core business areas, including Marketing, Sales, and Operations. Interns will contribute to meaningful projects that support business operations, client service, data integrity, and communication initiatives.
This program is designed for students seeking to develop strong professional skills, gain exposure to financial services and business operations, and understand how cross-functional teams collaborate to serve clients effectively.
LOCATION: New Castle, PA-In office
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
• Junior or Senior level students preferred; relevant majors welcome (e.g., Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications).
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; willingness to learn new tools and software
COMPENSATION:
The national average hourly rate for this nonexempt role is $14.00 an hour, exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The compensation offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications, and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
