Job Title: Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (Java + Google Cloud Platform + Angular/React)

Location: Michigan - Hybrid 4 Days Onsite / 1 Day Remote

Employment Type: W2 Contract Only (No C2C / No Third-Party Vendors)

Pay Rate: Competitive hourly rate on W2 (Based on experience)

Experience Needed: Only 10+ Years

Job Description:

We are hiring a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer for a W2 contract opportunity with a leading product-based organization. This role requires a hands-on engineer who can work across the full stack and build scalable, cloud-native applications. You will be part of a collaborative Agile team, contributing to the design, development, and deployment of data-driven solutions using modern technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications
• Build scalable solutions using Java, Angular/React, and Google Cloud Platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams (Product, Design, Engineering)
• Develop and optimize cloud-based services and pipelines
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation
• Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions
• Support production systems, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering
• Strong coding experience in Java and/or Python
• Frontend experience with Angular or React
• Backend experience with Spring Boot or Node.js
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform)
• Experience with Terraform, BigQuery
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL
• API development experience (Apigee preferred)
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Tekton, Cloud Build, etc.)
• Strong understanding of Microservices architecture
• Experience with TDD, Clean Code, and Agile methodologies

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Machine Learning / Data Analytics
• Knowledge of data modeling
• Experience with JIRA or Agile tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Education: Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

W2 Hiring Notes:

• Candidates must be able to work on W2 (No C2C / No Corp-to-Corp)
• Must be willing to work onsite 4 days per week
• Strong communication skills required for team collaboration
