Adecco is seeking a Junior Industrial Engineer to support labor management and workforce optimization across our Fulfillment Center. This role will focus on analyzing labor needs, maintaining productivity standards, and partnering with Operations and Engineering teams to ensure the workforce is efficient and cost-effective. This will be a contract role with a minimum of at least 6 months and potential for ongoing, depending on client needs and performance.
The schedule will be Monday-Thursday with a 40/hour work week.
