Junior Project Manager – ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions Hospitality

At ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions Hospitality, we focus on delivering reliable, innovative products and strong support to our customers. To continue growing and improving our services, we’re looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team. This role supports project delivery and helps ensure we meet customer expectations across a variety of hospitality access‑solution projects.

Job Summary

The Junior Project Manager works closely with internal teams, external partners, and Key Account stakeholders to support the successful execution of projects. You’ll assist in coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and helping ensure projects follow established requirements and timelines.

Our projects involve a range of access‑control solutions—including mobile access technology—for new hotel builds and renovation projects. Project size and complexity will vary, giving you exposure to different types of work and opportunities to grow your skills.

What You’ll Do

• Support senior project managers in coordinating project activities
• Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to keep tasks moving
• Help manage schedules, documentation, and project updates
• Process system transactions and maintain accurate records across multiple software tools
• Assist with identifying issues and helping drive them toward resolution
• Maintain strong organization and attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Some experience in project coordination or project support (internships or entry‑level roles welcome)
• PMP certification is a plus, but not required
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office; experience with Smartsheets or Teamwork is helpful
