Role Overview
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading preventive and reactive maintenance to support safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. This role oversees the maintenance team, ensures equipment uptime, manages spare parts and CMMS performance, and drives continuous improvement initiatives. The Maintenance Manager reports directly to the Plant/Production Manager and supports 24/7 operational reliability, including on‑call support as needed.
