Job Description

What you will be doing:

• Conduct advanced legal research and draft motions briefs and memoranda
• Manage all phases of discovery including written discovery and document review
• Prepare for depositions hearings and trial
• Assist with witness and expert preparation
• Participate in court appearances and litigation strategy
• Collaborate directly with clients experts and investigators

Experience you will need:

• 2–7 years of litigation experience (law firm or government agency)
• Strong background in complex civil litigation
• Exceptional legal research writing and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong academic credentials
• Active California Bar admission required
