We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Receptionist (Spanish—English) to join our Denver office. This position requires someone with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail. If you have been wanting to get your foot in the door for a recruiter position, this Receptionist position offers an excellent opportunity to advance into a recruiter role. You will work closely with Colorado’s Top Recruiting Team and have the opportunity to learn the ropes!

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in helping candidates navigate the onboarding process to help them land a great job. Your day-to-day will include:

• Assisting Employees and Candidates: You'll actively work with candidates in person as they arrive to complete applications through our app. You will assist them with completing the required onboarding documents and ensure all information in the system is correct.
• Support Recruiters: Communicate with recruiters regarding applicants’ status and help with building resumes or profiles.
• General Reception Duties: Answer calls, perform data entry, and help people when they arrive at the office. Keep a positive and proactive perspective!

We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who can stay focused and driven. While experience in the Staffing Industry is a plus, it is not required. We value organized, self-starting individuals with excellent communication skills who take pride in being the best at what they do.

Compensation:

Starting Yearly Compensation: $47,000 - $48,000, depending on experience.
