Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Office Manager with experience in skilled nursing.

Duties

  • The business office manager would handle all aspects of the accounts receivable including the following:
  • Billing and collections for Medicaid, Medicare, Hospice, Private Pay, Insurance/Managed Care.
  • Insurance Verification
  • Daily Census
  • Admissions assistance
  • Assist families in Medicaid qualification

Qualifications

  • Experience in Medicare and Medicaid billing and claims is required.
  • Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is a plus!
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with training development principles to support employee growth.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
