Job Description

Salary: $31,200 - 44,500 per year Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to type 50 words per minute and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook
• One to two years of data entry experience required
• Proficient typing skills, including effective use of the 10-key pad
• Capability to maintain confidentiality and comply with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)

• Accurately input data from medical claims and attachments, processing documents within a data capture solution
• Verify and evaluate data for accuracy
• Utilize Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Cross-train with other departments such as the mailroom and document control
• Meet established production and quality benchmarks
• Support departmental initiatives aimed at enhancing overall efficiency
