As a Graphic Design Expert, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative landscape for the next generation of AI. This position offers the opportunity to lead design projects from concept to completion while sharing your authentic creative process.

• Lead full-cycle design projects using Krita and Libresprite, from initial sketches and paintings to finalized assets.
• Document and articulate your design process, including workflow decisions and creative problem-solving techniques.
• Organize, label, and manage assets for efficient handoff and future reference.
• Apply expert color correction, composition refinement, and asset preparation skills to deliver high-quality results.
• Collaborate with team members, providing constructive feedback and contributing to knowledge sharing.
• Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats to explain design choices and methodologies.

• Extensive hands-on experience delivering professional design projects using Krita and Libresprite.
• Strong portfolio showcasing complete project cycles, from ideation to final output.
