Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead and oversee all maintenance operations within our printing and packaging facility. This role is critical to ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous production.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all preventive and corrective maintenance for production equipment.
• Manage and support a team of maintenance technicians.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, electrical systems, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with printing, packaging, or converting equipment (preferred).
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a plus.
