We’re Hiring: Operational Support Administrator

Location: Miami, FL | Hybrid

Salary: $34,500 – $50,000 / annually

Our Operational Support team is the backbone of our Talent Solutions operations. You will partner with both in‑office and remote professionals who place candidates in temporary and permanent roles while supporting clients across a variety of industries.

What You’ll Do

As an Operational Support Administrator, you’ll support revenue‑generating teams while helping ensure a smooth, compliant hiring experience from start to finish. Your work directly impacts candidates by helping them access opportunities they may not have found on their own.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting day‑to‑day administrative and revenue‑driving activities
  • Assisting with job postings, lead generation, and reporting
  • Supporting marketing outreach efforts through calls and emails
  • Helping with candidate sourcing and resume review as needed
  • Preparing, sending, and tracking pre‑placement and onboarding documents
  • Entering and maintaining candidate information in internal systems
  • Managing timesheets, payroll or billing adjustments, and assisting with unemployment claims

You’ll bring:

  • 2+ years of administrative experience with significant customer interaction
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfort working with technology and troubleshooting issues both in person and remotely
  • Experience with database entry and reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a plus
  • An ethical, adaptable mindset with enthusiasm for learning new tools and technologies
