We’re Hiring: Administrative Assistant
Location: In-office
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who brings professionalism, positivity, and a strong customer service mindset to everything they do. This role is essential to creating a welcoming, efficient, and organized office environment for our employees, customers, and guests.

In this role, you will help support daily office operations by managing front desk responsibilities, directing incoming calls, greeting guests, handling mail and deliveries, maintaining office and kitchen supplies, assisting with clerical tasks, and supporting team members across departments as needed. Light accounting on a daily basis, but prior experience in accounting/bookkeeping not required. You may also assist with insurance-related administrative tasks such as requesting Motor Vehicle Reports (MVRs) and issuing Certificates of Insurance.

Our office operates in a courteous and professional environment. Business casual attire is required Monday through Thursday, with casual dress on Fridays. This is a fully in-office position, and no travel is expected.
