This role will lead a large Life Science capital project as the owner’s representative on behalf of a client in Redwood City, bringing comprehensive knowledge of the real estate development lifecycle, approval processes, and regulatory requirements.
The Project Manager will build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the central point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external partners. You will lead efforts to streamline communication, drive strategic decision-making, and optimize the performance of the client’s real estate assets.
